Your slow speed jets are probably still clogged. They are pressed in and you can pry them out with a smal pair oof vise grips. Use a welding tip cleaner rod and carb cleaner to clean out the jet. The hole s are very small and be careful not to enlarge them when you clean them. You can also heat them with a torch until they are red, and it will burn the crud out.
