Where is the clutch located and is it a wet or dry system?

we are trying to replace the clutch on a friends 750 honda, can you please tell us where to start? is it on the left or right side of the bike, we can pretty much do the job, just asking to see if there is anything special about doing the clutch on a 1978.

Please send some instructions if you could, or if not just give us a where to start and i´m sure we can figure out the rest.
