GS1000 front sprocket question |

Hi, wondering if anyone experienced this. I need to replace my 630 sprocket and chain but the dealer says the part isnĀ“t available. I bought a convertor sprocket and chain kit that is supposed to work but the front sprocket I have has 3 triangular holes for retained plate screws. The convertor kit front sprocket has only 2 holes in a straight line and will not fit the plate and is too small to go on the shaft. Anyone else experience this? Is the front sprocket a 3 hole originally? I bought it used so not sure if it is original or replaced with something else. Suggestions? I want to get riding! thanks Eric |
