Dude, these are really cool nostalgic bikes. They are very tuogh with proper maintenance and have a rich racing history. They require care but in time the fun, the looks and the feel of a triumph is special and will pay you back. They are going up in value so you can always get your money back if you choose to hop on the harley waggon or opt for the boring dependability of a jap bike. Triumphs don´t try to be or look like anything but a triumph. That´s why I love them. You will too. Good luck
