Hey. I bought a 1978 Yamaha DT 125 from my friend that his grandpa gave him. He had planned on getting it running but was unable due to lack of skill. I told him i would buy it from him for 300.00 and he said ok. It only has 1600 miles on it. I cleaned the carb(it was extremely bad because it sat for 20 years), put new gas and oil in it, and the clutch was working but I put it in gear and rolled it and it came un stuck. I thought I would have to take the clutch discs out and get them unstuck, but I guess I got lucky. I have cleaned it and it is emaculate condition for its age. The thing runs like it just came off the lot. I am getting it licensed and had to get a title bond for it. The only thing that was wrong with it is that the signals were not blinking but lighting up. So I found a replacement place off the internet and got a new realy for 18 dollars. I found alot of good parts places. So if you need any parts email me and I can tell you were to get some of them.
