$75 is great for a running bike. I have the same bike and have put quite a bit of money into bringing it back to it´s original glory. It was missing everything that made it street legal. Plastic is hard to find for it and expensive if you find new. For a bike that has been sitting I would definately clean, rebuild the carb. Change the gear oil since your clutch depends on it. I am not sure if your autolube is hooked up or not but make sure that you are either sure it is working or premixing your gas oil correctly. I would put fresh in the tank if you haven´t. No telling how long it has been in there or what kind of mix the guy was running. Get yourself a service manual, lots of tune up information there. I have rearched a lot of parts places, used and new. Ebay is always a great source but buyer beware. Some parts do not exist as new any longer, discontinued by Yamaha but if you are patient they can be found.
Is it the green model? I would love to see a picture of it. Let me know how it goes with the fixing up. Have fun.
