i bought a 78 dt 125 off a friend for 75 bucks, the bike had sat in a garage for at least a year in a half and when the guy did ride it if it broke he would find the easiest way to fix it. the bike was in bad shape and had alot of missing parts and a bad carb. i got the bike fixed and replaced the necessary parts to get it to run and it runs good. i would like to know where i could find some cheap parts to this bike and if its even worth trying because it runs good and wouldnt be bad to have an old vet beast to ride around on, also what should i do to a bike that has been sitting for a long time, just so it doesnt brake in the future. please please please post the answers on this discussion page THANKS!!!!!!!!
