YOU THOUGHT WAS ELECTRICAL GET YOUR PICUP COIL AND EXITER COIL CHECKED THEN MAKE SURE ALL THE ELECTRICAL CONCTS ARE GOOD TO THE CDI UNIT . I HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MY 400DT GOT THEM ALL FIXED GOT SOME WEIGHT TURNED FROM THE FLYWHEEL AND NOW IT WILL REALY FLY!
