My nabour just moved and he gave me his 1978 sr500 without the engine and transmission. Im just wondering what my options are. Id love to fix it up but I need to know more about these bikes. Will other engines fit ? or am I stuck having to track down the rite one and if so where could I posibly find it.Or what engine would slip in there. Thanks for your time.
