I recently purchased this bike. The former owner could always start the bike most often with just a little difficulty. SOmetimes letting it sit for a few minutes then going back at it. I have yet to be able to start it. I thought it was my technique or leg strength. I am wondering is there any way to mechanically tune it so it starts up on the first kick every time. I am in Los Angeles.
