Which Battery?

Hello,
I have a BMW R60/7 powered Dnepr bike and sidecar,that has a battery fitted that is a 12v,43Ah,330A,car battery, which is as I bought it in the winter of 2010.But, is this the right battery or not?
I dont know! Can any one tell me? If its wrong,which battery should I fit? Any advice would be great. Thank You,
