Looking for a bit of help, if anyone is able?

I´m changing the gear shifter pad, front foot rests and back brake pad on my 2006 night train. And I´m sure it´s pretty simple...but for the life of me I cannot see how to remove these items. There are no screws, bolts or nuts to undo that I can see. Is someone able to assist, please? Thanks.
