Need assistance finding filters for CJ360T.

Need help locating parts for a restoration project. This is my first bike and have had to tear it down to clean and paint it. Having hard time finding very nescesary parts like air filters. Also would like to replace the rusty wheel spokes with new chromed ones, but the new ones seem to be priced a little higher than I´m willing to pay at this time. Anybody got suggestions?
