After 12+ years of poor storage and 4 yrs of making it road ready, I have this problem. Getting 30 mpg and sometimes the rpms in stop n go traffic will not return to idle rpm. It hangs up around 2200. Stock carbs, air box and air filter, new carb holders and clamps. Carbs (key hole type) were redone by Honda dealer 1 year ago.
Any ideas???
