I had this problem when I first got my 77. I worked at a Honda dealer so I had alot of help. I took the calipers apart and cleaned them and rebuilt them. Then the next problem appeared. The seals in the brake resevoir seals were shot and I rebuilt it too. Now the front brakes work great.
