Top speed is 55-60 depending how much you weigh. Don´t pay too much, That Lambretta is really a taiwainese scoot called an Adly hammerhead thunderbike. The good thing is all parts to that scoot can be bought in USA for cheap. You can get higher top speed eith performance parts that are easy to put on. That´s $100 total in parts. Now that I know my scoot, I really like it. And it´s easy to work on
