How do I change hub oil in a lambretta UNO 150?

Im trying to find out where the hub or gear oil drain and fill plugs are on my Lambretta UNO 150. Any help would be appreciated.
Has anyone had their gas tank get a leak from the spring underneath ? I did. Hadto JB weld the tank after hammering it in to make sure problem doesn´t happen again.
