Xt 250 from ´81 big problem!

Hello everybody. I am Roxy and i have an xt 250 from 1981.it was running good but one day recently it stopped while running and it has no compression now so i can´t start it .it has spark and the piston is working,the valves are also in good shape and i don´t know which can be the problem.If any of you have any idea please share because i love my xt and i am so unhappy now.:) thanx a lot!
