| Hello out there! I just bought a 1986 TS-250X and have not ridden it yet. I live in sunny San Diego, in the USA, and we never got the TS-250X on our shores. I saw one on You-Tube and left a comment as to if anyone had one or knew of one and wanted to sell. Remarkably, and great old chap named Simon from the UK wrote back and, after many emails, photos, and one of us moving, shipping companies, blah blah blah, well, ONE year later, 3 large boxes showed up at my door with a 1986 Yellow Suzuki TS-250X inside! I will be putting it together this summer, now that I am just finishing up my air-cooled 1981 TS-250 (remarkably, this year-model is called the TS-250X too!), which was the LAST YEAR we yanks got a TS of any size. So far I only need tank graphics and seat graphics to get my bike all freshened up... does anyone out there have the original seat/tank on their bike? I would like to get some photos and dimensions if I could! Please write me at victormontijo@yahoo.com with any info ... also let me know your story... more to follow! |
