ive done my fair share of research on these motorcycles... and i also own 2. i own a 2001 and a 2003. the 2001 model Hayabusa that i have will do well over 200 mph because i have the rev-limiter eliminater. all this does is when you are in 6th gear it tells the computer that you are still in 5th gear and you can go over the rev. where the stock rev. limiter was. i also have a 10" wide rear tire conversion with a dual ball bearing turbo, im getting 21 psi of boost out of it. this bike is strictly a drag bike. the 2003 model hayabusa that i own is a strict street bike. nothing fancy except for a mr turbo kit. only pushing 8psi. i do not have the rev. limiter eliminater on this bike. but if you do want more information on it. just e-mail me and i will get back to you on the subject. later
