Hi there, I have a question about my yamaha xj600n (1998, done 19000 miles). Recently tensioned the chain when a noticed it was ridiculously loose. However, thereĀ“s still a strangish clicking noise, usually when winding down revs/speed. Chain is touching the guide slightly on the top side. So - is this normal? If not what should I do? 19000 seems too early for full chain and spockets replacement. What else could it be? Otherwise - great little bike for getting around, but definately not for rev-heads. Cheers, Adam |
