I have a 96 Daytona 1200 with just under 14k miles on it. I bought it (in great shape) from a friend for $2,000 just over a year ago. I have since tipped it over once and had to replace the blinkers which I replaced with the flush mounted kind, and I have dropped it off of a loading ramp while moving back to GA. The drop off the loading ramp broke the windscreen, left hand mirror, dinged the tank, bent the left clip on and subframe that holds the upper fairing. It also scratched the seat cover and the little fairing piece that goes over the brake light. The frame holding the seat was bent to one side as well. I have been able to fix or replace all the bent or broken pieces except for the windscreen. A brand new one is looking to cost me around $175.00 which I am relunctant to pay for after shelling out $325.00 for the subframe. Do you know of any place that sells aftermarket parts or know of any parts that fits other bikes that I can replace on my bike. I have managed to replace the foot pegs with some that fit a Yamaha but I would like to try to do other things as well so that way I will not be so temped to sell it and get a newer bike with more accessible parts. Also, do you know of a way to get a silver dollar sized ding out of the gas tank?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WES
