1994 Daytona Triumph 900. I think the spike clutch is ratted but not sure the best approach to replace it. I know a few of the Daytonas had a bad spike clutch and a new replacement has been upgraded to correct the flaw.

Has anyone got any tips on a back yard replacement process for this. Is it just a plate removal or is it a whole engine split?
