Hey all. So I am looking for someone who has the FUEL INJECTED version of the 1996 Triumph Sprint 900 and would be willing to beta test a brand new aftermarket CDI. This is not a scam, I will not be asking for a credit card number or any form of payment whatsoever. The company that makes that CDI will be shipping it to you directly at no charge. The situation is that I have a carbureted version of the bike and had contacted a company that manufactures aftermarket ECU´s and CDI´s. When i called they said that they didn´t currently make a CDI for the 96 sprint, but since the OEM ones can cost up to $800 they were very interested in starting to make them. So they are currently building and are about to send me one for my bike so that I can beta test it for them. They would, however, also like to test the CDI on the fuel injected version of the bike. So to sum up if you have a fuel injected triumph sprint (even if it currently has a fully working CDI) I will have a new CDI sent to you for beta testing, and all you have to do is let me know how it works. Also this new CDI will be different from the OEM one in that it will have a standard USB connection so it will be much easier to make performance adjustments to the new CDI. First come first serve. Please reply to the post if you have a fuel injected 96 sprint and are interested. Thanks.
