Love my ´96 Tbird. Looks great, handles, performes.
I only have one problem, when its gone down on the LHS, the gear shaft (yes the shaft) impacts with the ground and shears off at the engine casing. A bit frusterating!! cause its rendered inoperable. Sure stay uprite, but once this happenied in the workshop, knock off the side stand. I dont understand why the gear shaft is cast, and snaps. Seams to be a real fault. Am I the only one who´s done this (3 tiimes its happened now and 6-8 hrs workshop time - getting a bit expensive) Im gonna get a local mate to fab up some crash bars and fit the somewhere - well thats the plan other than dont drop it. Anyone?
