Hi, I have recently bought a 96 model GSX750F and would like to know how to best modify the seat for solo registration. I have no desire to carry a pillion passenger and here in Queensland, Australia the registration and compulsary insurance is about a third of the cost when registered for solo use. One shop has told me to cut all the foam out of the pillion part of the seat - I think that would look stupid. I know other bikes have an attachable plastic cowl to cover the pillion seat - I can´t see where one would attach to this bike. Can anyone help?
