I wouldn´t consider myself an expert on all Suzukis but I do own a 96 GSF600S Bandit and the bike you describe sounds more like a GSXR 600. Lower fairings and clip ons would be aftermarket parts on a Bandit...but not a on a GSXR. Anyway, I purchased my Bandit used and it came with a bigger than stock sprocket. Unfortunately, it still does 70 mph in top gear at 5 rpms. :(
