Big dog, I have not experenced this issue. I am very tuned into my bike as I ride every day. I am assuming that when you let off the gas, you are feeling the bike vibrate and not the wheels. If it were me I would check the following:
1. Check rubber mounts on the engine.
2. Check under the seat on the frame and make sure there are no cracks .
I have read on one other forum of someone complaning about a simular situation...I will find it. John
