I just purchased a 1988 FXRT over the weekend. It has 45,000 miles on it, but seems to run out smooth. I have noticed a small oil leak at the top of the rearward cylinder (rocker box?) I´m new to the Harley world , so I don´t know what to expect as far as maintenance goes. I do however, think I will need to replace the starter soom, it hesitates a little before finally spinning enough to crank the bike up.
