I bught mine new in ´88, and rode it..., did the Iron Butt rally, Run for the Wall, in 88,89,90,91, well too many more years... from Chicago, to San Diego, Ca. back to Washington DC and back home to the Windy.. NEVER have I been on a more pleasureable ride, one day heading west, I logged 1124 miles!!!!,,, great ride.. bad point, no cruise control,, or throttle lock back then... If I could find another one NOW clean and sharp looking,,, I would be interested in buying it...

BTW I believe the 87 model was the first one with a 65\
