Prices are specific to each demographic area, i.e. they will cost more in CA, than say in MI. When a specific geographic area has a more welcoming climate say FL, a rider has more oppertunity to ride, whereas in MN it is generally colder and not as sunny. Also the cost of living changes from city to city. Average 2,000 sq ft home in MI is around $90,000, now that same house in CO would go for $225,000. Location, Location, Location.
