hi there , i have a 1999 kawasaki er 5 twister, just bought it from germany, and i imported it to romania.in order to register it with the local authorities , i need to provide a conformity certificate , which has the technical specs of the bike, because it´s the first kawa this model they have registered, and they don´t have the specs in the database. can you believe it ? any help is welcome...thanks in advance
