Clutch-less in Texas

Clutch on my 95 suddenly failed?? Slip´s when ever you gas it easily or however. Feels lke the clutch doesn´t have any slack. Can the hydraulics be adjusted or could the clutch have simply failed? The bike has only 15K miles and has never beed abused.
