No such a thing-"TRANS OIL"....you use only one kind of oil for everything ..better mineral.15W-40.....warm up the bike,let it idle for a few min....open the cap-and watch inside--it the level goes up-wait untill it is stable...stop the engine ,check the level and you are done.....Check it more frequently if you ride with high speed on the road
