Electrical Failure

I have suddenly lost all electrical power on the bike. I have changed the two breaker and relay located behind the battery box with no results. the battery has been tested and is OK. The lights do not come on and there is no sign of power past the battery. How can I move forward to locate where the problem may be? I cannot afford to waste money on parts that do not fix the issue. Can individual parts be tested to see if they are working? HELP! Thanks, DK
