Bad tires

Living in the Dominican Republic. Traffic law enforcement here is very ,very lax. Bought bikSept.1, Drove straight to a seat repair place and cut seat down to one inch. I could only stop the bike on level ground. Now much better. NEW YELLOW COLOR REALLY GOES WITH THE BIKES FORK. Rear susp. set to full soft. Much better. Ported the head and opened up the muffler. Now sounds raunchy and spins the tire on dry asphalt. Badly spins the tire in 1 and 2 on wet asphalt, is a real handfull in the rain. Leaning the bike over in the rain and going over painted crosswalks makes the front end slide. I´m not that good a rider so it is a moderate lean at not that fast a speed. Anybody buy replacement tires. Please let me know. Thanks
