Hi, new to this Forum, looking to get some questions answered about a 1997 Husky 410 TE that I´m pretty near buying. The bikes in good nick with Supermoto wheels on (it´s enduro converted). Thing is, I´m gonna be on a restricted licence when I get the thing and although certain forums talk about insurance companies never asking for certificates and some do and some say only when you crash, I still wanna know if anybody´s had one of these restricted (purely for legal reasons) to get that pretty little certificate making me legal. I´d like to get a washer in there and get it Dyno´d or whatever to get the sheet and take it out once I know the ins and outs of the thing, but does anyone know exact measurements of the washer to slip in the carb, or if they can be restricted at the exhaust or any other way to get it under 33bhp? It may seem pointless a restricted license and a nice lil supermoto, but I know how to handle a bike (how many times I´ve heard people say that), I just need sum aid with the legal technical side of things. Any ideas or info appreciated and if anyone can solve this for me I will be forever in there debt :) lol Cheers, ---------- |
