After overwintering, i replaced the battery and attempted to start her up. the fuel pump ticks and then stops but fuel pours out of both of the carb overflow tubes completely flooding the engine. Is it the pump at fault or have both of the float valves jammed? has anyone experienced this and can you get the carbs off without dropping the whole engine? Any comments gratefully received.
