Where do you hail from?

It sounds like it needs a bit of work, but it hasn´t done many miles.
$600 dollars is a bargan! Do you know what model/year it is?
Indicators and tail light should not be a problem, you local bike
shop should be able to source some after market parts.

The lights should come on when the bike is not running, if the
battery has charge. The battery is located under the seat, you will
need the key to unlock the seat lock on the left of the seat.

Does the motor turn over when you push the kick start down?
