power was measured at crank by factory ,to de restrict the brazilian r most off which have probably already done when inported,fit 185 main jets,55 power jets and remove washers from exhausts or fit upgraded exhausts and dyno tune on rolling road,this should give you about 46 bhp at rear wheel with a top speed of 116 mph thats fast enough for this old bike.
