bought a rd 350r recently,9000 miles, realy nice bike bit of paint flaking on wheels, better head bearings than jap bike.dont believe what the suposid power spec tells u about any ypvs or lc.i had mine dyno jetted plus all speeds fitted at stink wheels, from 37 bhp now 46 bhp at the rear wheel.the de resriction for the brazil bike includes 185 main jets,55 power jets and wasers out of exhaust or fit microns, all speed ect ect.never de restict exhaust without re jetting carbs.u can get a good low milage r for far less money than a jap rebuilt bike.the compresion is down on the jap to deal with the brazilian fuel as a result the fuel filter is better than the jap bike.i think the bike is uderestimated and the qualaty in not that bad,my bike looks 2 years old and did not cost me a arm and a leg.take care 2 stroke lovers.
