I just bought a 86 gsxr 1100 couple days ago for a drag bike, its stretched good lil ways, gotta fat tire in back, gain green plastics, 1100 motor that´s blown up.. gotta huge hole in crankcase...found a crankcase for $50-100 found a new/used motor for $600 if anybody out there has had a problem like this which way should I go, the fresh crankcase way an could possibly turn into worse or buy a good running motor an put on... Any suggestions? Any other brands that would bolt up to the gsxr? I´ve been told a gs motor would work, also been told a kz motor would work, I got all the time in the world, but not all the money in the world.lol thanks, I´m coming from Louisville ky.
