New Owner Needs Help

Just purchased this bike from the original owner On Dec 1 2017. It Runs but needs some TLC which I plan to do over this winter. I am thinking about removing the passenger seat completely. In order to this I will need different chrome side pieces and a different means to attached rear lights. Any suggestions?
