I have just a purchased a 1985 GS 450 L I´m going to put the engine on an 1950´s wheel horse lawn tractor. I just got the engine running but there is a lot of tapping in the top. Would that be the valves out of adjustment? and I also would like to know what is located above the starter and below the carbs. I haven´t received my manual yet. Any help would be great.
