in a simple answer-yes, i passed my test and brought a cb450 which was a good little bike but had no guts. i actually brought the cb 1000 becouse it was the cheapest ´big´ bike in the shop! its a very rider friendly bike, but wind it up and it will fly-perhaps not like a modern cb1300, but certainly not to far behind it, mine will criuse at a moderate 70-80 mph all day-but do fit a fly screen to stop wind blast. its cheap to service and does between 35-45 to the gallon. its also has a very comfortable seat and is ideal for long journeys-enjoy and safe riding, karl endress(bath uk) |
