Gas Leak

Hello, I have a 1993 Honda VFR 750 F. I tried starting my bike after the long winter and suddenly I noticed gas on the ground. I decided to look for the leak and ended up taking the gastank and air collector off. I started it up again and looked around for the leak. Quickly I found two short hoses between the two rear cabs, and there was fuel dripping (rapidly) from one or both of them. These hoses are connected by T-connections that go directly into the carborators. I placed my finger over them and shortly the bike began to stall. Does anyone know why this is happening and how do I stop it?
