I was wondering. I live in holland and here we have a certain law for motorcycle drivers license... At age 18 one can earn his/her motor driver´s license, but only with a certain restriction. The restriction is that the motorcycles to be driven are ´light´ bikes, below 25kW that is. Do you reckon this would be legal, since usually 125cc engines are promoted (but those are usually racers)..

By the way, to make something clear. After 2 years a person with a light driver´s license automatically receives his/her normal driver´s license. Persons above 21 of age skip the ´light fase´.
