Gearing

I´ve found that although my jawa (ts350) is a great bike to ride I think that the gearing could be improved .
In town running (50kph) top gear makes the bike a bit sluggish but in 3rd the revs are a bit high.
On the open road (100kph) I feel like the bike could do with a 5th gear on the flatter parts.
Any comments on this subject would be welcomed.
