Engine noise after warmup

I have an 89 CBR 600F. on a cold startup It sounds great and drives great. After I stop and the engine is up to temperature if I wait more than 4-5 minutes I get an engine noise sounds like cam chain (already changes the tensioner) If I drive 100 ft the noise goes away, and stays away.... until another stop. Any ideas??
