I had the same problem. Your winker is not getting enough resistance ( at least this happen to mine). Get different bulbs. I THINK I used a single contact 1143 bulb. Try this. If I´m wrong it will cost you less than $5.00 to try it. Replace ALL of the bulbs. Someone probably replaced a bulb with a standard 1157 which will occasionally work depending on the strength of your battery. I hope this helps and works.
